Introduction Text This is my goal - find one Frugal Weight-Loss idea per day to help me lose the weight while staying on budget! Blog my idea each day so that I can get feed-back on how to do it cheaper and better! My other goals: 1. Be a more actively involved parent, partner, friend and daughter. 2. Finish my book. 3. Work on my crafts and dream projects (you know the ones, the one where you mentally go "Yeah, in my dreams...") 4. Work to be a better person who is happier, healthier and shares both.

Counting calories and learning to make healthy choices. Put health before convenience. Keep the budget intact
