I have been on Sparkpeople for 7 years but I am starting a brand new journey. My new journey is all about health and fitness. I have a goal weight (130) but I want to focus as much as I can on as being as healthy and fit as possible, not just on a number on the scale. I am committing to new healthy habits and a lifestyle that I can maintain for the rest of my life, not just a few weeks or months. I am going to be blogging my journey daily, so feel free to follow along as I blog about my weight loss ups and downs and living my new healthy lifestyle. I will be using my Fitbit Charge 4 along with Sparkcoach and the Sparkpeople Challenges to help me along my journey.

I could only exercise in a chair for a couple of years and now I am starting to transition to floor/standing exercises. I can now do some easy floor and standing yoga and will be working towards doing some other regular exercises, as well. All of my workout endeavours have been paying off! I have also recently started doing Tai Chi on my son's VR headset.

I am starting a new weight loss journey and I am planning on losing 150 pounds. My goal is to lose 1 pound per week. In order to do so I am attempting to reduce my calories and work out 5-6 times per week.

Personal Information:
I am a Buddhist nun with a 10-year-old son. I am a writer. I am disabled but fitness is still a huge part of my life and I am working towards getting fitter and healthier every day. I have a dog and a cat. I enjoy comedies and cartoons.
