I'm just trying to find a way to get in better shape, and while the Wii Fit is fun, it would be better for me to have a stricter program :).

While I am normal weight, I'm not exactly toned, so I want to fix that. After having two kids, my stomach is a little flabby and my waist is larger than I'd like.

I'm using SparkPeople to get a good idea of how many calories I should take in and burn and also to track my measurements.

My Goals:
I'd like to be under 119 pounds, which is a 22 BMI. Ideally I'd like to be about 116. My biggest goal is to decrease fat, increase muscle, and lose inches. Right now my waist is about 28 inches. That has been pretty standard since I've had kids. I had a 26-inch waist in high school, but I'd like to get down to about 24 inches.

My Program:
Diet changes involve taking in more fruits and vegetables, and taking in less sweets and soda. Cut back on fats and eat more (way more) protein).

I will try to get exercise in almost daily, even if it's just 10 minutes.

Personal Information:
I live in south central Wisconsin with my boyfriend, my two daughters, and his two daughters. I also have two cats and a couple of hermit crabs.

I've been going through a quite unpleasant divorce, which actually led to my getting down to 108 pounds around April 2012. The previous fall I had been eating so little I was essentially starving myself to death (unintentionally, mind you). I've since gone up to 121 pounds, and I maxed out at 125.

I'm into arts and crafts of all kinds. I'm also a certified Hoopnotica Level 1 instructor, but they have changed their program so I am getting recertified.
