I started doing spark years ago and lost a bit of weight. Since then I have had two babies and my life has DRASTICALLY changed. I haven't really gained too much back, but I still have a journey to go. The real question is how does a busy mom with very little extra time and even less of a budget get rid of the extra weight...especially with the chance that baby number three could come soonish. Two babes didn't hurt me so much in the pregnancy area, but the lack of time and energy afterwards have taken their toll. Now, I need to get back on the healthy lifestyle train and reach my destination.

I''m eating less and less junk, especially butter & ice cream...my two biggest weaknesses. I am searching for ways to excercise regardless of a hectic schedule. I am working on calming myself down; calming my life down.
