After years of struggling ... losing, gaining, losing gaining ... I have been following my doc suggested elimination protocol. Eating lean protein, non-starchy veggies and low glycemic fruits. I also switched to eating 3 meals and NO snacks.
I am walking 1 hour 5 times a week either outdoors or on my treadmill. Strength training is on the horizon.
