    You can do this. Slow and steady wins the race. I walked 15 min a day for a week then added 15 min more every week. I am now at 45 min a day starting today and next mon I,ll be at the hour. I have broke the walks up to 3 times daily now. Good luck

    I have been dealing with mental health issues that ended up leaded to seizures. It was terrible. We all have our crosses to bear. But day by day, we make choices. Sometime for me, it has to be hour by hour. Uuuhhgg! But this is my second day!
