Welcome aboard Frangou, good luck on maintaining. A lot of us have to struggle with weigh gain and many are not going to understand what you're dealing with, but I do. My daughter, due to a chronic illness, had never hit 100 lb. by the time she was 17, and still struggles daily with trying to maintain a good weight. The scary part for those that can't gain weight is that when you do get sick, you can't afford the weight loss. My daughter dropped to 83 lb. and had to be fed IV nutrients. So good luck to you and I hope you can maintain!

I actually lost the weight. I achieved my goal. Now a year later my goal is to maintain a weight of 122. I went down to 116 and looked like a scrawny chicken. I'm finding it more difficult to maintain than to lose.I'm finding it more difficult to exercise due to fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis. I would like to hear from other sufferers of fibromyalgia and how you're hand ling the disease. Sandra 5034 days ago
