Introduction Text Hello, My name is Winn, I'm a 33 year old from upstate NY but living in Spokane WA right now. Looking for a place to make home a plant roots. I've had a very hard time sticking with my fitness goals because I find it very hard to stay motivated. I have many people pointing out my flaws. I'm always told I can't and not I can and I find I just let everyone get to me and let it hold me back. I'm starting a program Jan 2nd thru my medical provider and I have to check in weekly, I'm hoping this helps keep me on track. I also am planning to go back to therapy and I hope find a local support group. I'm hoping I can meet some people that have similar goals as me and we can work together to support each other and help each other reach them. I don't know if I will find anyone in my area that I could meet with and work out with but I might be willing to share my number and we could text and chat that way, Or even use facebook to talk. Really looking forward to chatting with some people and getting to work with others and help them. I belong to the YMCA so can goto the GYM and I also have a Fitbit as well. :)

-Updated 9/5/23 My Goals right now are to get myself back into shape and feel better about myself and get healthier. I would like to get my weight down to at least 160. I plan to get on track with a trainer in a couple weeks when I get a car again. I also plan to start using my Wii and my Xbox 360 to help me work out. I have tons of workout games for the Wii and I use Dance Central 1 & 2 and the other motion games on the Xbox to work out and they are all enjoyable and really are a work out!

-Updated 9/5/23 I got a Trainer at one of the two GYM's I belong to sadly she quit and now they are suppose to set me up with someone else. Right now due to not having a car I am working out at home and walking 1 mile and a half every day rain or shine! -Updated 9/5/23

-Updated 9/5/23 I would say I'm a pretty out going person, I will tell you how it is, I don't beat around the bush or lie. I can't stand liars or DRAMA!!. I love the outdoors and will do just about anything outdoors that I can! I enjoy working out as well and the outdoors is a great GYM!, I love to talk I mean what girl doesn't? I like to watch movies and play video games and love the outdoors, So I'm pretty much up for anything and willing to try anything once. I would love to make more friends, People I can hang out with and have a good time with. I'd LOVE to find some friends to work out with not just with GYM but people that love to get outdoors and hike, climb, camp or do anything outside! If you give me the chance I'm sure you will see that I'm really a good person and someone you can enjoy your time with and count on. You also can trust me and that's rare to find in anyone these days!
