I am 32, married with 3 kids. I am currently trying to lose about 4-5 lbs. I enjoy working out as much as possible. Normally 3-5 times a week. Lately 7 days a week. I like jogging/walking, circuit training, and participating in challenges that keep me motivated. I am a photographer and a pharmacy technician.

My Goals:
Long term:
* I want to start my own photography business.
* I want to have a toned body (bikini body).
* I want more family time with my kids.

Medium Term Goals:
* I want to learn to do a pull up.
* I want to be more flexible.
* I want 20 inch thighs by the end of May.
* I want to run a 5K
* I want to put together a family cookbook

Short Term Goals:
* I want to burn 2100 calories a week.
*Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
* 30 minutes of cardio per day.
* Strength train 6 times per week.
* Eat 3 fruits/veggies per day

My Program:
I am eating 1300-1500 calories daily. I am incorporating high protein foods into my diet. Trying to drink my daily water intake. I work out 3-5 times a week. 30-40 minutes daily. Videos: Jackie Warner all 3 dvds, Jillian shred it with weights (kettlebell) and about to add 6 pack abs. The Firm pump,jump & jab.

Right now I am really into the Twilight series. I am addicted! Looking forward to the premiere of Breaking Dawn HeHeHe! I have read the Spark book. I am a photographer. I love to take pictures of other people. Not so much of me lol.
