Hi. I have gradually put on weight over the years, this year i gained 18lb after giving up smoking. Now Im ready to kick out the bad eqating habits too and get a new me .... or the me that is really me when I look in the mirror.

to get the body I know is in there somewhere!

I'm a firm believer in a mixture of unprocessed foods on the paleo/hunter gatherer diet and getting off the couch and getting fit again. I know I have been ultra fit in the past running 100mile races and doing triathlon, so I can get the fat off some how.



I had sarcoidosis and it really took it out of me, it took two years to beging to get well again. It has been quite a tough time just doing day to day stuff, as well as working for myself. I gave up smoking this year, which was a big step in the right direction. Not easy, but then life ain't!
