Fitness Minutes: 3,710

My Goals:
Lose 15-20 lbs. before my cruise in December (hope it doesn't take that long)

My Program:
 Eat mostly a plant based diet with very little meat or processed food.


Personal Information:
Married for 4 years. We have a shi tzu named Shaker (rescue name) and a pug named Dexter both rescues. I also have two stepdaughters who are grown. One is married and the other is in college.

Other Information:
 I love to go to the beach, read, shop, and play on Facebook and pinterest. Both very addicting.
