__I will face the world every day as though I'm at my goal weight, rather than hiding in gym clothes and looking like I just rolled out of bed

I'm a long-time Sparker who has yet to reach her goal. I've yo-yo'ed with the same 15-20 lbs, but I return to my "baseline" weight of 173 whenever I abandon Sparkpeople. I want to commit to the process like I did the day I first joined Spark, and make this the LAST time I start over.

In the past I've set myself up for failure by restricting too many food groups and calories, and by forcing myself to reach unrealistic daily caloric deficits. Any progress (though fast) was quickly undone, due to my INSANE binges that could stretch into weeks. I can easily scarf down 5,000-6,000 calories in one sitting without blinking an eye.

Therefore, my current major goals are simple: To stay binge free, and to complete the C25K program.

I am committing to the C25K program, so that I can train the proper way and avoid the injuries that have plagued me in the past from running.

-weekend hike up Mt. Nittany
