The best way to change the shape is through resistance training.

The one thing you need to achieve a total physique and fitness transformation is to do EVERYTHING - aerobics, intervals, resistance training, cross-training (physiologist Covert Bailey calls these the "four food groups of exercise"), small frequent meals, high-quality protein and carbohydrates, low-glycemic nutrition, proper supplementation, water, and rest. As Shawn Phillips says, "the one thing, is everything."

My Goals:
Work everyday on healthy lifestyle. Learn from set-backs and adjust for future challenges.


My Program:
1) Track Calories/Fat and food type on SparkPeople - stay within guidlines.
2) Burn Minimum of 500 Calories/day 6 days/week through cardio excercise.
3) Weigh train at least two days per week.
4) Eat small meals/snacks six times per day.
