I'm fickle I'm moody I'm a woman!

Seriously though I have hormones that are not happy with the abuse I have put them through with all my years of yo yo dieting, every day stress, and working too hard.

The last few years I have been slowly falling apart. My metabolism is pretty much shot. Dizzy spells, severe PMS, heart palpitations, and weight gain.

I have always been a HEALTH FREAK and try to do everything right to take care of myself. Now I am at new phase in my life and I am going to embark on a new and improved way of helping myself. Reving up my metabolism, losing fat, gaining muscle and feeling all over WELL.

My Goals:
Life is a juggling act and my coordination SUCKS! Working full time, raising a family, taking care of the house and pets PLUS finding time to make healthy nutritious meals and workout can be so overwhelming. I'm trying to find a way to do it all and still be healthy!

My Program:
Mastering my Metabolism!
I am HORMONALLY BURNT OUT! Now I need to repair the damage I have done to myself so I can crawl back on top of the world and be the strong, healthy woman I know I really am!

I am following Jillian Michaels "MASTER YOUR MATABOLISM" plan right now. Trying to rebuild myself HORMONALLY and regain my health.

Personal Information:
I live in OHIO. I live at a small lake, in a State Park. I have lived here all my life. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and have 2 sons. I also have 2 dogs, 4 cats, a guinea pig, hermit crab and fish.

I work full time at General Motors on the assembly line.

Other Information:
I love anything health and fitness related. I try and work out with my personal trainer 12 weeks a year, and am friends with, former Mr. USA, John Defendis. My favorite fitness magazine is OXYGEN.
