2. Running the Mo vs Ks Rivalry 5k in under 25 minutes.

My Program:
Mon: run
Tues: long day of cardio
Wed: rest
Thurs: run
Fri: aerobics
Sat: yoga/aerobics
Sun: rest day
Personal Information:
I started the Big Changes program at the not for profit gym I work at. It is a totally free program for those with a BMI of 39% or higher. If you live in the Kansas City, MO/Ks area, please get in touch with me. We can help!
Other Information:
I've committed myself to a healthier lifestyle.
I am a role model for my family.
