An ex-fit person trying to get back to her former glory! In my early to mid 20s, I'd gotten serious about my health, lost nearly 100 lbs. and maintained that weight and regular exercise for several years. After my marriage in 2004, I got a little to comfortable and managed to put a good portion of that weight back on. Now, with the help of a clean-eating/regular exercise lifestyle and--this is VERY important folks!--the right MENTALITY, I'm well on my way back to my healthy former self!
I recently left my career as a CNA to begin anew as a personal trainer. Graduated from the National Personal Training Institute last April and am loving my new career! I've detrained over the last 3 years and have gotten rather lazy & gained a lot of weight. And now, as a personal trainer, it's very important that I practice what I preach! Time to get my arse back in shape!

Fitness Minutes: 2,835

My Goals:
To return to the healthy life I used to live (before marriage! lol)
I like to use that as an excuse for my weight gain but, alas, I've no one to blame but myself!

My Program:
Strength training 45-60 minutes 6x/week (anything from self-compiled programs to P90X).

Cardio/Fat Burning 45 minutes 4x/wk

Eating Well

Relaxing & taking time for myself every day!

I aspire to someday be a figure competitor & am currently working hard at becoming a successful Personal Trainer. I want to own my own private studio one day and become a Zumba instructor!
