Building My Own Action Figure


I've been on here for a while now. I had my ups and down of course. This is a constant struggle for me and a battle that I have to win. I'll get there, I know I will. I'm getting stronger, happier and smaller. I will be my own action figure....

Overall Goal:

Have more energy and know what to eat and when to eat it.

250: spend my torrid haute cash... done

240: 2 new sports bras

My Program:
 Now:
-Turbo Fire 2nd month
- Increase Intensity BLCM
-Tricep challenge

During, Before, After:

-Have healthy meals
-8 glasses of water/tea a day
-Go outside and play more!

And make it look easy...
