The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

Hi, just stopped by to remind you to weigh-in this next Saturday. If you can't be home on Saturday, you are allowed to weigh-in early, but if you miss 2 it will make you default, so please try to get it done. I don't want to lose a good teammate and I know everyone has busy lives, especially with getting kids where they need to go to. Anyway, I hope you have a good week and I have been stuck for a while now, so I am hoping to shake things up and get a loss this next Saturday. Laura, I hope you have a good Mother's Day today and do something special with your kids. Mine are all working, but they stopped over earlier in the week. My granddaughter and I went out yesterday for lunch and then went shopping, and my back and hip is hurting again today, so I am going to rest and just do some laundry. I hope you are doing well. My weight loss has been at a standstill during this entire Spring Challenge and it gets so discouraging, but I will just keep trying. I thought about trying the Keto Diet, which Dawn and a couple of the other Firecracker team has followed and I have been trying to follow Mr. Owl's Beck Solution Diet, but I am not very good at following it religiously.
