Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Mom to two beautiful Princesses!
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, so any help I can get is good help!

50 pounds lost for 2008!!! That is what my 6 1/2 year old weighs! I could never physically picture how much I have actually lost, until I look at my daughter. I took a whole kid of of me!!!

Sadly, I gained that back....

I have several outfits that I have bought for "Goal Outfits" hanging up around the house where I can see them daily! I am going to use them as non food rewards for every ten pounds lost. If for some reason none of those fit at one of the ten pound marks, I'll get a new pair of sneakers/shoes, or a manicure, or pedicure, or new polish/make up, or a new workout DVD. Just nothing food related for a reward, unless it is a new food scale, or measure cups or something like that! So, lets see see how this will work for me. Wish me luck!!!

My Goals:
To be healthier, fit, strong. I want to be a good role model for my two young daughters, so I have to change now!!!
Also it would be nice to feel comfortable in a bathing suit!


My Program:
Eating 1200 to 1500 cals instead of the nearly 3000 I was eating. Walking at least once a day sometimes twice. Just walking until I get a portion of the weight off, then I can work on a lot of the toning!

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.
