My accomplishments so far:
Finished C25K
Finished a stair climbing race
Squatted 135 pounds

Short Term Goals:
Swim a mile
3 minute plank
Get below 200

Long term goals:
Be able to lift 70+ pounds with ease (when I mean lift, I mean lift anything, boxes, pieces of wood, etc)
Be able to run a 10 minute mile
Weigh 140 pounds

Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities no doubt have crept in; forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

I want to be: Strong, fast, graceful, agile, beautiful, smart, and constantly reaching toward my full potential.

I'm a person that loves to plan to do things, but I am a really bad procrastinator.
My accomplishments:
Since 6/29 I've finished 26/n swimming sessions and have traveled approximately 13425 meters.

I have foiled most of my own plans, so I hope to be able to outsmart myself into having a better body!

I know I can achieve anything, now I just need to show myself that I will.

    Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. These weights are for use on a barbell... I have adjustable Bowflex 552 dumbbell's and they are awesome, and well worth the investment. You should get the dumbbell's, and if you use a barbell, these fractional weights will be perfect. ~ Dee
