Update: 6/20/12
Have been walking 1 to 2 miles a day consistently. Feeling great. Watching my food intake and 12 lbs down so far.
Update 7/3/3012
Have been going to the gym every morning for aerobics/zumba/kickboxing class for 45 minutes. Love the group setting and am now down a total of 16 pounds!!!

Well I finally am down more than 20 pounds. But for the past 2 weeks I have been stuck in a plateau. I think I have to change up my excercises.

Finally the scale moved down a pound after being plateaud for 2 weeks was beginning to get discouraged.
7/31/12
This has been a crazy month. I platuead for 2 weeks then the scale moved down. I realized I wasn't measuring my shakes correctly I added 2x the amount of milk that I actually shouldve been using and since I've made that adjustment the scale has continued to go down. I was super excited today when I weighed myself and saw that I was in a new weight bracket I keep visualizing the # going down and down it helps me. As of today I have lost 27 pounds in 50 days. OMG I just had to check the calendar can't believe its been 50 days that I have been doing this where did the time go. I am so proud of myself and people are beginning to notice my weight loss so far I still don't really see a big difference. The past few days have been rough I have a pretty rough sinus infection and haven't worked out for the past 4 days but somehow am losing weight. Can't wait to get better so I can get back to the gym.

I cannot believe I havent done an update since July AHH. Well I have lost 43 pounds as of today. I decided to change up my eating routine, and add soups into my diet for lunch with rye bread and that helped the scale move finally after a month and a half of being plateaud. I've started back at college and still working so I don't have as much time to dedicate to working out but I am not making excuses. I am scheduling my workouts and the days that I have off I push myself even harder because I have the time to do so.
