My Goals:
My goal is to loose weight and gain knowledge on how to keep it off in a healthy way for a lifetime.

My Program:
 Cardo: 3-6x / Week
Strength Training: 2x / week
Nutrition: Eating healthy and tracking with the SP Nutrition page.

I am trying to re-program my mind and body. I am "brainwashing" them in a good way to learn to love exercise and healthy foods. Its all about the MENTAL.

I'm from Ohio. Now living in North Carolina

Other Information:
 I'm trying to keep myself MOTIVATED and on track. I want to see some results this time around and I know in order for that to happen I have to put in the work.
