I just wasn't going anywhere with low carb. I've been doing low carb as my go-to diet for over a decade, but it just doesn't seem to work for me anymore. I'm starting Weight Watchers and will see how I fare. Hopefully I can see results.

I started back on SparkPeople 26 Nov 2012 following a low carb diet - and I weighed 224.2 lbs. I'm trying to make a really good effort this time around. The highest weight that I ever had reached was 241 lbs; I started dieting and SparkPeople in 2008 at 233.8 lbs.
