Hi. I am a wife, mother, author and still trying to figure out what I truly want to be when I grow up. I just turned 40 a couple of months ago. And, I want to live my life healthy and happier. I have always been naturally thin until I hit about 27 years old. So yeah, it is a struggle to go from eating whatever you want and never gaining weight to eating a grape and gaining 5 lbs. I have good and bad days, but I am determined to set the best example for my kids...
