Okay, so here's my story.
I was 15 when my dad passed away, after that i was a horrible mess, my heart was shattered in pieces and i couldn't stop crying. To heal my pain i turned to bad things, including terrible friends that put bad influences on me, letting peer pressure control my life, and doing things i was not proud of. When i turned 16 i went through a miserable relationship, one which included mental, physical, and emotional abuse, but being the young naive clueless girl i was, i kept going back. One day i found the courage to say no, i ended that relationship, and it was for the better. That is when i met my now boyfriend, the one that changed my life for the good. He changed the bad habits i had, and helped me through my way out of depression. Since my dad had passed, i was on anti-depressants, and sleeping pills, i couldn't stop crying nor could i even fall asleep, my brain would never shut up. When i met my current boyfriend, he made me realize that there is more to life than depression, and helped me get away from mine. Although some days i do feel the depression coming back on, and i feel as if i have no reason to live, then i talk to him, or friends, or even friendly people in the SP community, and i realize i DO have something to live for, and that is myself, i have the chance to be happy, and not let all the bad in my life get my down and win the battle. Here's the problem : Since being with my boyfriend (Over a year and a half now), he spoiled me so much That i ended up gaining 35 pounds! When i met him i was a nice skinny (but not stick-like) healthy 134 and a size 7, Now i am 169 and a size 13. My goal is to get back down to the weight i used to have and be confident like i used to. When i was 134 i always took my body for granted and was so hard on myself, but now being bigger, i realize how i was healthy and fit and beautiful, and i just want to get back in that stage! So here i begin my SP journey, only time will tell! =)

-To be able to run up the stairs without getting tired
-To drop 3 sizes
-To be more confident

My Program:
To eat healthy low calorie foods, and more veggies and fruits, and ALOT OF WATER!!! Plus working out 4 days a week!

    Time to check in...how ya doing girl?
    I've been doing terrible. I've gained a few pounds back and I'm eating like crap. I've also had to lay off exercising since I'm sick.

    But today is a new day and I'm starting back at it! Hopefully the time off will benefit me in the long run!

    How are you doing? Still tracking food and exercise?
