Introduction Text Hi everyone. My name is Cheryl and I'm a work in progress. Starting over today after a wake up call at the drs. Basically told my weight issues cannot continue before I begin having serious health issues on top of those I already have. I am disabled from fibromyalgia which makes exercising particularly difficult for me. Some of the meds I have to take cause weight gain which doesn't help matters. My eating habits are horrible. I snack too much on bad foods and tend to not really think about what I am putting in my mouth. I know better but do it anyway. Time to change that. I want to take charge of my life again. I want to wear skinny jeans again. I want to feel healthy. I am a skinny girl trapped in a fat woman's body and I need to let my skinny girl out to play.

1. Improved health 2. Improved body image 3. Improved flexibility. 4. Pain control via wt. control and exercise. 5. Complete the Turkey Trot 2 mile walk on Thanksgiving 2013.

Journaling my daily meal caloric intake and fitness. Walking more. Paying attention to which foods I choose to fuel my body. Increasing my fluid intake. Getting a monthly massage to improve my pain issues. Cut out simple carbs.
