    How is the POC Habit challenge going?
    I chose to stay on No S. What does that mean? I eat three meals a day. No snacks. No sweets. No seconds. Except on S days, I can have an S on these days. What is an S day? Saturday, Sunday, Sick day or a special day.
    I have found the key to No S is to stay within an moderate range on al, days.
