Short term goal ~ 14 lbs SUMMER 5% Challenge I have been on this weight loss journey for most of my life. It is the one obstacle that still remains. ---- "Our running shoes are really erasers. Every step erases a memory of a past failure. Every mile brings us closer to a clean slate. Each footstrike rubs away a word, a look, or an event, which led us to believe that success is beyond our grasp." ~ John "The Penguin" Bingham ~ ------ Top 10 Reasons: 1) Sit in airplane seat without a seatbelt extender. 2) Stop breathing so heavy. (I can’t hear it but my husband can.) 3) See my ribs again! 4) Be able to wear a belt with jeans. 5) Better flexibility. Able to touch my toes. 6) Walk/run Endurance (5K) (small of back aches) 7) Keep diabetes away! 8) Sleep without aching hip. 9) Better perception of myself! :) 10) Not feel so encumbered by my body.
