    Thanks for the comment on my sparkpages. I had a baby in June 2009. we seems to have thesame target of weight loss. I have not prevented myself from eating bread, but cut down on the qauntity and only eat wholegrain/wholewheat bread. and it seems to be working. becos i need the stomach to go down. i am not on exclusive, i am on combined, bottle and breastmilk. i will say just cut down on qauntity .
