Hello Everyone


I am a healthy 72 year old woman. Recently I acquired a doggy name Buddy. He is taking me for daily walks and making me smile. He also reminds me that my family and friends need me around for awhile so I will do what I must for my health.

My Goals:
F8Cone8 will read a motivational passage each day. 
F8Cone8 will walk 30 minutes per day. 
F8Cone8 will work in her journal every day.  Morning pages and/or collages/sketches   
F8Cone8 will  eat 2 healthy foods daily

My Program:
 Walking Buddy and adding fruits and vegetables back into my diet.

 I love art in many forms, fiber, photography, painting, and I have never met a craft I didn't want to try.

    Hello!!! Yes you are soooo right. Ronnie is on grandma duty this week! She is on cloud nine with Kaydence. She is very blessed to have both a grandson and now a granddaughter 5 months apart! As for me. Im lacking in exercise. Have back problems took an MRI on sat and have an appt this fri to see what the doctor will suggest. so i've been a couch potatoe!
