I am back! I have been off and on again with diets and now I have decided if I don't get it together.... I never will! I would like to loose 25 pounds.
I love healthy food and feeling healthy, I own a very busy cleaning business in The Villages Florida and also like to be very active with my housekeepers and houses. Being fit and healthy is the only way I can do that. I also want to look fit and good in my clothes again...
