Lifelong interest in fitness, staying in reasonable shape without excessive effort. I hope that I can continue to do this, as I age gracefully. Needing to keep veggies interesting while not indulging in carbs & sweets.

Fitness Minutes: 226

My Goals:
Stay at my Weight Watcher's goal weight or below.

My Program:
 Including steamed vegetables in at least 1 meal each day; drinking plenty of water & herbal tea. I work hard at thinking of cake, cookies, candy, ice cream, gourmet cheese and even bread, as occasional treats rather than "staples".
Daily: stretching, mat workouts, walking.
Weekly: 2-3 gym & swim visits (outdoor cycling when weather is conducive).
Occasional: tennis, squash, hiking, beach activities.


Personal Information:
A guy who loves reading and classical music. Nearing the end of a career in project management.
