My Goals:
To weigh 135 pounds by 5/01/2011

To make my meals healthy by consuming 3 whole grains, 5 fruits and vegetables, keep sodium intake within guidelines and make my fat intake MUFAs daily and maintain for four weeks by 5/11/2011.

Do 45 to 60 minutes of moderate cardio 6 days a week with one day continuous by 5/01/2011

Decrease my heart rate to 60 to 80 bpm by 5/01/2011

Take 10,000 steps a day

Loose 24 inches by 5/01/2011

Improve personal results for push-ups and crunches by 20 times by 5/01/2011

Double personal results for flexibility tests and balance test by 5/01/2011

Will get personal belongings organized with a routine to maintain the house by 5/01/2011

My Program:
Everyday I will challenge myself to add a little "er" to what I am doing.

Plan my meals every week with each 400 calories and within my calorie range

Every week make a new mini goal to increase healthy eating until I reach my healthy eating goal

Every week I will increase my cardio by ten minutes until I am exercising between 45 to 60 minutes or more a day and take 10,000 steps a day

I will start each strength session doing a more advanced exercise or heavier weight and move down when fatigued to the next level.

I will do 10 to 15 minutes of stretching 6 days a week

I will declutter 15 min/day. Follow Fly Lady routine and dedicate 30 min 3 times a week to special projects

I am a grammy with four beautiful grandkids. I help my mom due to her disabilities which is my work. My hobbies are scrapbooking, gardening, Bible study and doing things with my family. I am an ex-nurse.
