Hi. I am Erin. I have always struggled with my weight being about 10 pounds above where I wanted to be. Then I got pregnant, had a beautiful baby girl and never lost the baby weight. I am at my all time high and decided to make a change. I was introduced to Spark by a friend and have been excited about it ever since. I am hoping to loose a total of 25 pounds and be a happy and healthy person.

UPDATE - March 30, 2009
As of January 2009, I had lost 15 pounds and was finally at prepregnancy weight. That is when we received the AWESOME news that we are expecting!! I am 16 weeks along and 5 pounds up. I had tried to switch to babyfit but really love spark's method of tracking nutrition and fitness. Therefore, I increased my intake ranges and decided to stick with my sparkprogram. I am still working out 6 days a week and eating healthy... now not just for me but for this baby!!

UPDATE - May 18, 2009
Right now I am at 22 weeks and approximately 11 pounds up. My workouts have stayed pretty stable except I have had to make a few adjustments to account for the belly. We found out we are having a little boy, we are going to name him Christian Daniel. I am excited to watch my body transition over the next 16 weeks!

My Program:
My nurtition program involves eating a low calorie, low fat, high protien, high fiber diet.

My fitness program involves doing cardio a minimum of three times a week anddoing aerobics three times a week. I am currently doing the Biggest Loser Vol. 1 dvd and loving it!

    Hey, thanks! I've found this new class at my gym on Tuesday nights that's awesome! It's an hour of high intensity cardio plus some weight lifting. I love it! I haven't lost any weight though but I think that's because of the Clomid. This is my first cycle on it and I think it's made me gain like 5 pounds. Hopefully it'll work though and I"ll have some good news next week! Today is day 21 so I just got my blood drawn for my progesterone check. Hopefully everything is good!

    Hello. First, Congratulations on the good news! That's so great!

    I've been extremely busy and stressed at worked, have gained back all the weight I previously lost (plus some), and now DH and I are in the middle of fertility tests since we hit that one year mark last month with no luck. Needless to say, things aren't the greatest right now. But, we have a vacation coming up in 2 weeks and I can't wait for it. It'll be nice to get away from all this stress.
