Introduction Text I’m a Mom of two girls, with a full time career. It’s been hard to make my health a priority, especially when I tend to be stressed (a LOT!). Now I’m on a renewed mission to lose the extra pounds that I’m carrying around, so that I can feel better, have more energy, and generally be healthier! I am at my highest non-pregnant weight. I have two business trips on my calendar for this year, and I don’t fit into any of my business casual clothes. I’m determined to fit into the great clothes I already have, instead of buying new ones!



I'm drastically cutting down on sugar, artificial foods, and refined carbs. I'm eating as much whole food and home-cooked (healthy!) meals as possible.
