I started with Spark people in Jan. 06 My goal is to lose 46lbs. So far I've lose 20lbs. . . . . . .
Well, that was last year about this time. I lost weight and stop my routine. So here I am AGAIN back up to 185. Read to try again and succeed!

My Goals:
I want to start eating healthy foods. I want to walk a flight of stairs without being out of breath. I also would like to do more physical activities with my girls.
My Program:
I drink at least 2 liters of water a day. I eat more fruits and green veggies, make sure to portion my food. I go to the gym four days out the week, thirty minutes of cardio and thiry minutes of strength training. On Saturdays, I try to go rollarstaking with my daughters.
