    Don't let new diagnoses get you down. New information can direct your efforts more clearly. It makes it even more clear that daily movement is necessary for you. It will help you manage blood sugars more easily and effectively. Given your analytical mind, if you follow through you may even reverse the diabetic diagnosis for while, maybe even years. You can do this. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.
