I am a 32 year old, who is realizing why so many people say you gain weight in your 30s. I am a Paramedic who in three years got married, completed nursing school, had back AND sinus surgery and consequently GAINED 55 pounds. I am about to cut the ties to Weight Watchers, and try to begain anew with SparkPeople.com in an effort to lose this weight, and go back to my rockin' bod!!

My Goals:
Go from 175 to 120.
Learn to love the gym again!
Quit emotional eating.

My Program:
 Watch my intake again, and drink plenty of water. Incorporate exercise.


Personal Information:
I am a native Floridian, who is currently working as a RN in a Neonatal ICU. I am a yo-yo dieter and emotional eater, who needs to break this cycle once and for all (especially since my husband's clock is ticking for a baby, but HE won't gain the pregnancy weight!)
