    hey emmy, so good to hear from you!! i'm glad to hear everything is going well with you. 9 pounds is no bad at all this far into it, sounds like you are doing great! a friend of mine is due in april and she gained 20+ pounds in her first trimester!! haha.... after the holidays her dr actually told her she had gained too much weight and needed to hold steady for awhile.... haha. oh well.

    yeah, our pregnancy didn't go so well, but hopefully i am getting back on track now and getting my head on straight, and maybe in a few months we might start trying again. i would like to lose a few pounds and get back to feeling normal again. having a miscarriage at christmas time is pretty depressing, and needless to say i packed on quite a few pounds. so i'm just working on ME, getting healthy, getting my brain on straight again, and hopefully in a few months we will be in a better place.

    keep me posted on your progress, i can't wait to see some pics of your beautiful SON!!!! :)

    hey you :) thanks for stopping by my blog! you're such a dear!! i am proud but sore, hehe... it's an ok feeling in my book.

    vegan huh??? what made you decide to try that, if i may ask? were you a vegetarian before?? i have been reading a lot lately about how increasing the plant and natural foods you eat can have such a positive effect on your body and weight. i don't think i could ever switch 100% to vegetarian or vegan, but i would like to work on getting more like 50-50 or even more veggies to animal products. i know i could do it, but it would be work to get my hubby to do it, haha. i hope you are doing well my dear friend!!

    hi emmy! thanks for the kind words! i'm struggling right now. i'm very busy with work and finding it hard to get my workouts in...this is something I definitely need to work on. I miss getting to workout! I will definitely change things up this week and get in at least 2-3 workouts a week..it's a good way to get back into the routine...*sigh* We all have our setbacks..and unfortunately, i'm experiencing one right now!

    thank you for all your support. you've helped me a lot! you're a great friend! And doing a great job yourself! Keep up the good work, we're in this together!
