My Goals:
My goal is to lose enough weight so that my BMI is low enough that I am in good health and so that I feel comfortable in my clothes. I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of the year.

My Program:
 I plan to start lifting and running and to take the steps at work (4th floor) that should help get things started. I've also joined WW so that I can have a structured point plan until I'm comfortable enough to do it on my own.


Personal Information:
I live in Indiana and I'm 41 years old.
