Hi, I'm Emma, I'm 23, living in Brighton, UK.

My Goals as of January 2013
#I have also now included ways I am going to measure these goals as some are NSVs#

1. look good.
I'm not gonna lie, this is my primary reason for being here. I want to look good. And to do this i need to lose weight and tone up.
How to measure this: look back at old photos, keep taking new ones and realise that the difference is a good one.

2. Start running again
Last summer i started the C25K. In May I ran the Race for life for Cancer Research - 5K in 30mins. I want to get back into it and run 10K
How to measure this: keep up with the C210K, don't be afraid to repeat weeks, until I can run 10K

3. Feel great in a pair of white jeans
Probably an odd goal in hindsight. But I think slim girls look really sexy in white jeans, and i want to feel like that. I would love to be able to purchase a pair this Spring, Summer
How to measure this: only time will tell!!! Bring on the Spring....!!!

4. Feel comfortable with my skinny friends
actually, i want to never have to use this phrase again, because i will be one of the skinny friends!
How to measure this: when I compare myself to them, I will not feel like the fat one. I will even be able to borrow their clothes!

OK, so here is how I want to lose the weight:
Start - 1st Jan 2013 - 11st7.5 / 161.5lbs
Aim goal weight - 9st4 / 130lbs = total of 2st3.5 or 30.5 lbs
(If I am happy at any weight within my 'healthy' weight limits, or if I or anyone else think(s) I am becoming too thin I WILL STOP, the above goal weight is just something to aim for)
Goal 1 - be under 11st by the end of January
Goal 2 - be at 10st by my brothers 21st in April
Goal 3 - be at 135lb by the time I visit Spain in May
Goal 4 - be at goal weight by my mums 50th party in June
Goal 5 - to maintain my goal weight over the summer
