I am a 42 year old female who wants to get back to her best possible self. For me this was about five years ago. I have decided I need to start taking better care of myself and take time for me. Although my tendency is to always put everyone else first.
Just decided that it was time and I went to the gym and got a trainer. Signed up for a 20 session pack and I'm looking forward to taking some time for me. Hoping that this kick starts the whole process.
I am single, happy, and love my life living in the Back Bay of Boston. My problem is that I work a lot of hours as an Estate Manager and Private Chef for an affluent family and often find myself skipping meals and not exercising. Hoping to change all this. Anyone care to join me on this journey?

    No problem on the advice. As for a winner on BL, I am just not sure. Mike can do it probably. Tara might just not have enough left to lose to do it. And surprisingly I think Helen has enough to, but I think as she has shown in the past she will fall off the wagon when she goes home. Ron, I like him but he certainly won't win. I'm waiting to see if he gets surgery to remove all his extra skin. That has to weigh like 20 lbs maybe.

    HI Emm. I saw you on the BIggest Loser Team Site. I too have chronic heel spurs. I found that the Dr Scholl's have helped me. So look into them.
