Hi! I love the butterfly quote at the top of your page! :) Thank you for commenting on my progress blog. I don't have a set regimen--I work out with a buddy which really helps me. We've just been doing different combinations of 40-50 min. of cardio (mostly treadmill and eliptical, usually with intervals) 5 mornings a week, and 3 or 4 days we do strength training too. We change what we're doing all the time, which keeps it interesting for me! Anyway, thank you again and good luck on your progress! 3784 days ago
