    Hi Emily,
    I am Gladys from CT. I see we have some things in common. I have high blood pressure I am definatly over 50 and I need sleep. I don't know anything about those groups except the WW.
    Do you find the groups helpfull? I have been a member of sparks for along time but only just started the WW.
    I am having a terrible time trying to figure out the WW plans. I use the sparks tools and keep track of my meals that way. I only know counting calories. I have been really trying to make sure I get all the vitamins and nutrients I need each day.
    My biggest accomplishment was to eat breakfast everyday. Like you I only ate two meals aday. Now on this diet I have to make myself eat more.
    If I can be of any help just give a shout. I could really use a buddy to make this journey a life time commitment. I did my first weighin and lost 5 lb. so I am feeling really good right now.
