My goal is to be healthy. I don't have a target weight. I simply want to be the healthiest version of me that I can be! I am 5'10" so I know that 'small' and 'petite' will never apply to me, so I am going for 'statueque'

My Program:
I am using Apex Fitness's BodyBugg. I keep track of everything that goes into my body and everything that I burn, thanks to my Bugg. I split my cardio time between running and Cardio Dance
