Introduction Text I am an avid gardener and birdwatcher with 2 lovely girls, ages 11 and 3.

My main goal is to get firmed up,not necessarily lose a lot of weight.

Treadmill for my cardio, at least 3 days a week with some 10 min quick walks at work. Strength training (free weights) 3 days a week and sit ups daily (100)

We live in Central Indiana on 5 acres in the country. I have 2 beautiful daughters, ages 11 and 4 now and a corvette crazy husband. 2 wonderful sisters, 1 in AZ and one here at home.

Gardening is my #1 hobby along with birdwatching while I garden. My 1300 sq ft butterfly garden in the back was recently certified as a Monarch Waystation. I love to read, Tolkien and JK Rowling are my favorite authors.
