Welcome to my spark world. I am excited to be here. I have started C25K. I also do Wii Fit and Biggest Loser on the Wii. I am not a big fan of cardio and I love lifting weights. I know that I have to rely on God to do anything. I am an emotional eater and I tend to binge in the afternoon. I have high blood pressure and take meds for it. I am a military wife and a mom to two little boys. My motivation comes from others encouraging me and the need to feel better. I want to be able to go hiking with my husband and keep up with my boys. I have to change my priorities and way of thinking for this to really work. This is not baby weight. I gained 13 pounds with my first and 3 pounds with my second. Needless to say those pounds were gone when I walked out of the hospital. This is emotional/stress/binge pounds. I love food! I need to learn to control my eating. My diet isn't bad but my snacking really is. Self control is something I pray for almost every day. God help me!

hike with hubs

My Program:
gym 4 times per week
-c25k 3x per week
-upper body & core 2x per week
-lower body 2x per week

try to focus on eating better foods and smaller portions

Personal Information:
I am from California, currently living in Maryland. Hubs is in the military. We have two boys. I love to get crafty and make things.
