    Thanks for reading my post and your comment. You asked 'how' to incorporate strength training into daily workouts. At the gym I start and do my cardio, then work on the strength training. One day upper, next day lower, 8th day is all cardio, then start over. I increase weights every 6-8 weeks to challenge and confuse the body. If you're not going to a gym there's lots of body weight exercises and you can substitue household items for strength training. Several great articles on Spark show you how. Good luck, you can do this...

    The gratitude program I'm doing is from WildMind. It's a 28 day program called 'Living With Appreciation'. It's a daily email with Buddhism teachings as well as a few audio meditation programs. Im Christian but I enjoy learning other Wisdom as well. I'm not sure if you can enroll now as it started a couple of weeks ago. But, they have other programs as well.

    HayHouse has 100 audio programs and 15 videos playing for free until May 23 and there is lots of interesting subjects there as well. Personally, I really enjoy Wayne Dyer.
