Thanks for your comment, btw, are you a lawyer????? I did not send an email to my workplace, but officiallly told the secretaries that my doctor had denied me a 'normal' certificate, and they replied that the hospital document should be fine. In case it should not, a medical-legal commissiom will examine it and ask me for details. The document luckily 's ok for all info- name, date, illness and prognosis, but does not contain my address. I had a clever idea and I wrote my address on a separate piece of paper , signed it and enclosed it to the doc. In case INPS should reject or question anything, , I will declare I added the information which was missing and did my best to have a 'regular' certificate. I did all I could do - call my doctor, get to her surgery even if it was really hurting, even require a visit, but I could not obtain a certificate from her. at this point, what else could I do???? By the way, I have a VERY good lawyer so in case of need I know he will defend me. Do you think waht I did is enough???? Bug hugs, Marcy 2568 days ago

Baci, M. 2577 days ago
