I am a mommy to our lil guys born August 2017 and March 2019. For fun, I enjoy crocheting, painting miniature figures used in board games or other table top games, playing computer games, and gardening.

My Goals:
Eat more balanced and move more, while taking care of our young boys.
My Program:
I track my food and exercise regularly. I have been working on eating a variety of healthy foods, as I tend to get bored with food easily. I currently walk a lot for exercise.

I am a Ph.D. research scientist and a mommy to two boys 2 and under.
Other Information:
I love taking care of our boy, cooking, playing video games, reading, doing crafts, working out, running, long-distance running ... and of course "playing" in the lab. :)
